Color availability was unclear, and I ended up with a product I didn’t expect. I respectfully requested an exchange, and that was denied. Responsibly can be shared, however the communication with seller was very disappointing. My last message to her was completely ignored and that unfortunately is not a company with which I’d choose to do business with again.
