Our designs can be returned if they weren't quite right for you in exchange for a STORE CREDIT .

Anything ordered out of the You Design Space is only returnable/refundable if the actual apparel is damaged. We do not accept returns on your custom orders for any other circumstances such as wrong size etc. 

The return request must sent by email to orders@notsoplainjanedesignco.com within 3 days of the date you received your order.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable & return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We highly recommend using a trackable return method.

All items returned must be unwashed, unworn and have their original tags attached.

Returns will be processed within 10 days of your email.
